Last night Stacey was THE woman and delivered this beautiful baby boy. William Tullus Neal was born at 2:47 a.m. after a very long day and night. He has brown hair, Billy's chin and dimples, and is absolutely adorable. Everyone is doing wonderful. The midwives made it for this one. I am so excited for Billy, Stacey, and the whole crew. Congratulations guys we love you!
