Papa and Jammie's visit

Papa and Jammie left yesterday to go back home. They flew out on the same plane although they didn't know until the last night. They were going separate places and were amazed both their flights flew out at the exact same time and were amazed to find they were actually on the same flight and Jace was getting off on the first stop. Today I booked our flights to go see Jammie and Papa in June. Then they will see us again in August for Kristi and Ken's wedding. Now I need to plan a trip to see my momma sometime soon. :)

Katy is standing unassisted now and walking while holding one of our fingers. She is getting there. She has watched Vail do so many forward rolls that she is trying to do those too. She will put her head on the ground and push up with her legs and look at you upside down through her legs and just laugh. She is so funny.

While Jace and Jan were here we took Vail to paint at the pottery painting place. She had a lot of fun painting and picking out which colors she wanted. All of the colors she picked pretty much turned up being brown when mixed together but she had fun just the same. Ken came over one night and he and Matthew played Rock band. They basically sang us to sleep. Jammie and Papa got to see Vail enjoy her gymnastics class. The kids climbed up this tower of mats and were supposed to turn around and slide off on their bellies, but Vail didn't want to do that. She wanted to jump so she did. Vail played in her sandbox with Papa and got to dump sand all over her head. Jammie and Vail played "supercali" everyday. There was lots of learning going on there. After we took Papa and Jammie to the airport, later that afternoon we saw some planes flying over and Vail said "bye Papa and Jammie". It was so cute. Basically we had loads of fun and didn't take very many pictures so here you go.....

I will leave you with this story:
Yesterday Vail woke up from her nap and this was our conversation....."Did you have good sleeps? NO. Did you have dreams? YES. What did you dream about? JESUS. Did he talk to your? YES. What did he say? THEY EASTER BUNNY BRINGS ME PRESENTS.

The Rock Band photo is great. Love how serious Matthew looks. Ken looks a little confused though.
