This week has been rather slow and uneventful (which I guess can be good). Although there was one event....Michael had a birthday on Tuesday! Sorry no pictures were taken of the birthday boy. We took good ole Mike out to eat at the restaurant of his choice (Saltgrass Steak House). We had some good conversation and the kids behaved rather well. Kates was a little fussy but in her defense she is getting some teeth in. She was also offering all the animal heads around the room bites of her bread. I know...Precious. After that we all went our separate ways. On a side note sometimes Vail will sit funny and when she stands up her leg will be asleep. She will start crying and saying "Mommy there is sand in my leg". We are having a garage sell this weekend. I am pretty excited about it. Mostly because I want to get rid of all the extra stuff we have sitting around that we never use. Whatever doesn't sell is going straight to good will. Less stuff for us to move in a couple of weeks. We are doing it this weekend because we are going to Ruidoso next weekend for Aspen Fest. I will be staying for about a week and when I get back it will be crunch time for the move. Pretty much all that is happening around here for the moment. On to the pics....

i just LOVE your posts!!! i miss those girls so much it hurts! the pictures of the girls in daddy's t-shirts are so precious- i remember always being excited about getting to sleep in papaw's t-shirts when we visited mammaw and papaw. I love the sand in the leg story too- that's a very good analogy!
