Weekend at Grandmother's house

Mid October Vail had a fall break so the kids and I set off on a road trip to visit with Grandmother.

No trip to Grandmother's house is complete without ice cream (after every meal). :)

Octoberfest was going on the weekend we were there. It was fun to take the kids to see all the crafts and games. Although I do believe prices have gone up since we last went. Here the kids are showing off all the treats Grandmother got them.

Two wooden fishing poles, two necklaces, one stuffed hamster and a couple slides and jumps on the bouncies.




I packed the kids bikes and was really glad I did because they rode them all weekend long.

We had so much fun all weekend. I was so glad we went. I love that my kids get to spend this special time their great-grandmother. They love it too!!
