We had our "annual" trip home (after Brian comes home from China) this past weekend. All of my bros made the trip in. It is so much fun when everyone is together and never long enough of a visit. Of course I brought my camera but didn't pull it out until Sunday. Typical of me. If you want to see more pics I am sure my mom and Stace will have posted some different ones. It was good for the girls and Jack to get to play together. I don't think there were any major fights or screaming matches. Although Vail did have a pretty good melt down outside once. Not too sure what it was about but Matthew was out there to supervise. As usual we got in some good conversation and I ate entirely too much food at Grandmother's house on Sunday. You would think it was Thanksgiving with the amount of food she cooked. (mmmm.....squash casserole) Grandmother also gave Vail a little mini party with cake, ice cream, and presents. I mean it isn't a party from Grandmother without big ole tapered candles stuck down in your cake right!? Vail wanted to blow out some candles and that is what she got to do and she loved it. Thank you again Grandmother. That is about it from the weekend. We are home now and my girls are taking a really good nap and I haven't gotten anything productive done. Oh well....expect at least one more post this week because Vail's birthday party is Thursday....We have a big week ahead of us..:)

I knew where this was going with Katy....

Sweet Jack .....I just want to squish him!

Katy is like "what I'm not going to put these in my mouth or dump them all out. Come on mom what am I...one?"

Vail anticipating the fire. Love that cake.

She blew them out one at a time. She is such a big kid now. I can't believe it.

Molly B. licking the frosting off the candle.

Vail opening her baby doll from Grandmother. She loves it.

Princess dress from Grams.

Outfit for her baby....

All the kiddos....

the crew.....
From today "the Princess" . She wore this dress out to run some errands and to eat lunch with Matthew. We ate in the food court at the mall and it was like she was a real princess because all these little girls would stop and say hey to her like she was a celebrity or something. So funny!
